(“Boyang Energy”), a next-generation new energy ecosystem provider, has formally entered into an IPO advisory agreement with Soochow Securities Co., Ltd. (“Soochow Securities”), marking a significant step forward in Boyang Energy’s capital market development plans. This collaboration not only provides Boyang Energy with comprehensive capital market services, but also injects strong momentum into its global strategy, particularly empowering the international expansion of its overseas platform—Anari.
The signing ceremony was held in Beijing with attendance from Mr. Gan Zhiguo, Chairman of Boyang Energy, Ms. Li Yan, Secretary of the Board Office, Ms. Xu Dingxin, Vice President of Investment Banking at Soochow Securities, Ms. Cai Zhenzhen, Head of Bond Capital Department, the responsible person of Shouzheng Desheng Capital’s investment division, and key team members from both institutions. In-depth discussions were held regarding capital roadmap planning, investment and financing synergy, and strategic cooperation, leading to strong consensus on multiple initiatives.
Under the agreement, Soochow Securities will provide Boyang Energy with professional services including IPO guidance, equity financing, corporate governance, and compliance support. The two parties also plan to deepen collaboration in green finance, project investment and financing, overseas business expansion, and industrial chain integration, working together to advance Boyang Energy’s strategic upgrading and global resource optimization.
