  Q: What certifications has Anari obtained?

  A: Anari supplies EV charging products worldwide. We own including CE/IEC, TUV, ROHS, GB/T etc. All our product certificates are in line with local sales requirements. If you have special needs, please let us know in time!

  Q: Does Anari have products available in stock?

  A: Some of our products are in stock, but the models, parameters, and configurations of the in-stock items vary. We recommend that you first browse the product details page on our official website, then, based on your own needs, further contact our sales team to confirm whether there are product models that meet your requirements.

  Q: How do I select the type of charging station?

  A: If you need to charge your EV at anytime and anywhere, kindly please purchase the power adjustable portable charger, which can be placed in your car boot.
  If you have personal parking space,we suggest purchase a wallbox or floor mounted charging station.

  Q: How long is the product warranty?

  A: According to the industry-standard 24-month warranty applies to all our products, The warranty is only valid if the product is used and installed correctly and it does not cover any damage caused by incorrect installation, incorrect use or use in extremely hazardous environments. If the product is tampered with in any way by the customer, such as disassembling the product for repair, modification, etc., then the warranty is no longer applicable.

  Q: Is your charger compatible with all car brands, or can it only charge certain brands?

  A: Our chargers are compatible with all car models on current auto market.

  Q: How difficult is the wallbox installation process? Can users complete the installation themselves after purchasing?

  A: Our wallboxes are very easy to install. We have installation instructions and videos which are easy to understand as well. The whole installation procedures generally take 10 minutes around by a professional electriction. But we don’t suggest installing the EVSE by yourself for the sake of safety.

  Q: Does your product have the certification required by the local markets?

  A: All of our charding products have passed relevant certification recognized bu the local governments, contains but not limited to CE, TUV, ROHS etc. They are definitely safe for customers to use.

  Q: What's the rate of EV Charging Cable you have?

  A: The rate of EV charging cable is 110-250V.

  Q: Can your charging stations operate normally in some special climate regions, such as high-temperature, extremely cold, high humidity and heat, and high salt fog environments?

  A: From the very beginning of its design, Anari Energy's DC charging stations have used technological innovation to meet the charging needs of extremely harsh regions. For example, the "60-480kW Integrated Floor-Mounted DC EV Charging Station Dual/Three Guns For Commercial Use" employs a semi-potting process for internal key components (auxiliary power supplies), which improves the reliability of small power supply products, reduces the entry of external contaminants that could cause damage, lowers the power supply repair rate, and enables the charging pile to operate smoothly even in humid environments. It also reserves space for a heater to quickly increase output power in cold overseas environments, and has passed the salt spray test with a rating of 48H to resist atmospheric corrosion in humid environments, thus meeting the energy replenishment needs in extremely harsh environments. To date, this product has been deployed in regions such as the Kingdom of Cambodia, Georgia, the Czech Republic, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan, and can still operate stably in the face of the local harsh natural environment.
